Run · Managed IT
IT that stays out
of everyone's way.
Support, monitoring, networks, backups and hardware, handled as one service. When it is working properly you should barely think about us — and when something does break, you should know exactly who to call.
What is included
The whole environment,
not just the desktops.
A managed service that only covers laptops leaves you exposed everywhere else. We take the network, the servers, the connection and the backups as well, because those are what actually stop a business for a day.

How it starts
Onboarding an environment.
Taking over someone else's IT begins with finding out what is actually there. It is rarely what the previous documentation says, if there was any.
- Audit what exists Every machine, server, switch, licence, line and cloud account gets recorded, along with who has administrative access to it. This becomes your asset register.
- Take ownership of access Domains, tenants and portals get moved into your company's name, with you as the owner and us as an administrator. This is the step that protects you if we ever part ways.
- Close the obvious gaps Unpatched machines, missing backups, shared passwords, ex-staff who still have accounts. We give you the list and a price, and you decide what gets fixed first.
- Agree the service What is covered, what is billed separately, response targets by severity, and who at your end can approve spend. All in writing before the first month starts.
- Run it, and report on it Monthly: what broke, what was patched, what was restored, what is coming up for renewal, and what we think you should budget for next.
Common questions
Managed IT, answered.
How is a managed service priced?
Usually per user or per device per month, depending on which better reflects your environment. Servers, sites and any specialist systems are priced separately. You get the full breakdown before you sign, and it does not move unless the count does.
What is not covered by the monthly fee?
Hardware, licences and third-party subscriptions are billed at cost. Projects — a migration, a new site, a cabling job — are quoted separately, because bundling them into a monthly fee just hides the cost. Everything else in the agreed scope is included.
Do you take over our existing supplier relationships?
Where it helps, yes. Dealing with the internet provider when a line is down is exactly the sort of thing you are outsourcing. We manage those conversations on your behalf and keep you informed rather than putting you in the middle of them.
How do you handle after-hours problems?
After-hours cover is an explicit part of the agreement rather than an assumption. Some clients need it, most do not need it every night. We agree the hours, the contact route and the cost, so nobody is guessing at eleven at night.
What happens to our data and access if we leave?
You keep everything. Domains, tenants and accounts are registered in your name from the start, documentation is yours, and we hand over cleanly with a written summary of the environment. No hostage-taking, no undocumented configurations.
