Services
Everything a business
needs from IT.
Four groups of work, roughly two dozen services. Take the whole environment or just the piece you are missing — most clients start with one and add the rest as the relationship earns it.
Run
The day-to-day that keeps people working. Boring when it is done properly, which is the point.
Managed IT & support-
IT support & helpdesk
One place for your staff to log a problem, and a person who answers. Remote first, on-site when the fault is physical.
Remote · On-site -
Monitoring & maintenance
Machines, servers and connections watched for the warning signs, patched on a schedule, so most faults are dealt with before anyone reports them.
Patching · Alerts -
Networks & Wi-Fi
Switching, routing, firewalls, VPN and wireless coverage that actually reaches the warehouse floor and the far end of the yard.
LAN · Wi-Fi · VPN -
Connectivity & failover
Fibre and LTE arranged and configured together, so a line fault drops you to backup instead of dropping you offline.
Fibre · LTE backup -
Servers & infrastructure
Specifying, building and running the servers you still need on site, plus the UPS and power arrangements that keep them alive.
On-prem · Hybrid -
Backup & disaster recovery
Backups that are tested, not just scheduled, with a written recovery plan and a known answer to how long a restore takes.
3-2-1 · Tested -
Hardware supply & rollouts
Laptops, desktops, printers, scanners and network kit sourced, imaged and delivered ready to use, with the old device wiped properly.
Procurement -
Licensing & asset lifecycle
A live register of what you own, what it costs and when it needs replacing — so renewals stop arriving as surprises.
Register · Renewals -
Voice & unified communications
VoIP handsets, softphones and call routing set up alongside the network rather than bolted on by a separate supplier.
VoIP · Teams calling
Secure
Layered protection, plus the documentation an auditor or an insurer will ask for.
Cybersecurity & compliance-
Endpoint protection
Modern anti-malware and detection on every machine, centrally managed, so you can see the state of the whole fleet at once.
EDR · Managed -
Email & phishing defence
Filtering, impersonation protection and domain records set up correctly, because email is still how most attacks arrive.
SPF · DKIM · DMARC -
Multi-factor authentication
MFA rolled out across email and business systems, with the exceptions documented rather than quietly left open.
MFA · Conditional access -
Access control & offboarding
Who can reach what, reviewed on a schedule, and a leaver process that actually closes accounts on the day.
Identity · Reviews -
Security awareness training
Short, practical sessions plus simulated phishing, so your team learns to spot the thing that gets past the filter.
Training · Simulation -
Vulnerability & patch management
Regular scanning of what you are running, with a prioritised list of what to fix first instead of a hundred-page report.
Scanning · Remediation -
Incident response
A written plan for the bad day: who we call, what we isolate, how we restore and what has to be reported to whom.
Plan · Recovery -
POPIA readiness & IT policy
The technical side of POPIA: where personal information lives, who can reach it, how long you keep it, and the policies that say so.
POPIA · Documentation
Modernise
Most businesses already pay for far more capability than they use. This is about closing that gap.
Cloud & Microsoft 365-
Microsoft 365 setup & migration
Moving email, files and users across without losing history or spending a weekend offline. Includes the tenant configuration most migrations skip.
Email · Files · Users -
Teams, SharePoint & OneDrive
A file structure and permission model your staff can actually navigate, instead of everything ending up in one person's OneDrive.
Structure · Permissions -
Azure & cloud infrastructure
Servers, virtual desktops and storage in Azure where that is genuinely cheaper or more resilient than a box in your server room.
Azure · Hybrid -
Microsoft Copilot rollout
Turning Copilot on is easy. Getting value from it means fixing your permissions first, then teaching people what to actually ask it.
Copilot · Governance -
Licence review & cost cleanup
An audit of what you are paying Microsoft for versus what is being used. Duplicate and dormant licences are common and easy to recover.
Audit · Savings -
Adoption & user training
Training built around your team's real day, not a generic curriculum. Short sessions, recorded, with a reference sheet they keep.
Sessions · Materials -
Workflow automation
The repetitive copying between systems, spreadsheets and inboxes, replaced with something that runs on its own and tells you when it fails.
n8n · Power Automate
Build
When no product on the market fits how you work, and bending the business to fit the product is the wrong answer.
Software, systems & data-
Custom software development
Platforms built around how your business actually works, delivered in stages you can see and use rather than one big reveal at the end.
Web · Mobile · API -
Warehouse management (WMS)
Receiving, putaway, picking, cycle counts and dispatch, with a live view of what is on the floor and where it is.
Barcode · Stock -
Manufacturing execution (MES)
Jobs, throughput, downtime and yield tracked against the plan, on the line, as it happens rather than at month end.
Shop floor · OEE -
Websites & web applications
Public sites and internal tools that load fast, work on any device and are documented well enough to hand to someone else.
Responsive · Accessible -
Mobile apps for field teams
Android and iOS apps for staff who work away from a desk, built to cope with a bad signal and a cracked screen protector.
Android · iOS -
Systems integration
Getting your accounting package, your operational system and your supplier's portal to exchange data without anyone re-keying it.
APIs · Data sync -
Data, reporting & dashboards
One trustworthy set of numbers, refreshed automatically, so management meetings argue about decisions instead of about whose spreadsheet is right.
BI · Reporting
How we charge
Four ways to work with us.
Different problems suit different arrangements. We will tell you which one fits before you ask, including when the answer is the cheapest one.
-
01
Fixed-scope project
A defined piece of work with a written scope, a fixed price and a delivery date. Best for migrations, rollouts, network builds and software.
- Priced before we start
- Milestones you sign off
- Change requests quoted separately
-
02
Monthly managed service
We take on the whole environment for a monthly fee: support, monitoring, patching, backups and security, with agreed response targets.
- Predictable monthly cost
- Agreed response targets
- Monthly report on what happened
-
03
Co-managed
You have someone internal who handles the day-to-day. We cover the specialist work, the after-hours load and the projects they have no time for.
- Supports your existing IT person
- Escalation path for hard problems
- Cover for leave and peaks
-
04
Assessment or advisory
A short paid engagement to work out what you actually have and what it needs, ending in a written report you own — whoever you use afterwards.
- Environment and risk review
- Prioritised remediation list
- Budget guidance
Common questions
Before you ask.
Do we have to take everything, or can we start with one thing?
Start with one thing. Most relationships begin with a single project or a specific problem — a migration, a network that keeps dropping, a system that needs building. Taking on the whole environment is a decision you make later, once you know whether you like working with us.
We already have an IT person. Does that rule us out?
No, and it often makes things easier. Our co-managed arrangement exists exactly for this: your person keeps the relationship with staff and handles the day-to-day, and we take the specialist work, the projects and the cover when they are on leave.
How quickly do you respond when something breaks?
Response targets are set in the service agreement and vary with severity — a site that is completely offline is not treated like a single user with a printer problem. We agree those targets with you up front rather than leaving them vague.
Do you work outside your home province?
Remote support and cloud, security and development work are location-independent, and we deliver those nationally. Anything requiring hands on equipment depends on the site — tell us where you are and we will be straight about whether we can cover it properly.
Can you take over from our current provider?
Yes. A handover starts with documenting what exists, getting administrative access into your name rather than theirs, and closing the gaps we find. That last part matters: it is common to discover that nobody has tested a restore in years.
Do you supply hardware, or only services?
Both. We specify and source hardware, and we would rather sell you the machine that fits than the one with the best margin. Where a client prefers to buy their own, we are happy to just specify it and set it up.
Next step
Tell us what you need.
A paragraph is enough to start. We come back with what we would do, what it would cost and how long it would take.
